Shipping region

Your order will be delivered to any address within Germany and delivery addresses within the EU (European Union). If no different delivery address is specified, delivery will be made to your order or billing address. Unfortunately, delivery to PO boxes is not possible. Deliveries to other countries are currently in preparation.

Shipping service provider

Within Germany, your order will be delivered by DHL or HERMES as insured parcel shipping with tracking. We deliver to other delivery addresses within the EU insured with tracking via DHL.

Delivery time

Unless otherwise stated on the product pages, orders are prepared for shipment within 5 business days after receipt of payment. The subsequent delivery time depends on the destination country and the shipping service provider and usually takes another 2–7 business days. When paying in advance, the period for determining the shipping date begins on the day the payment is received in our account. When paying via PayPal, the period begins when PayPal confirms receipt of payment. The delivery times stated are based on experience and may vary in individual cases. We will, of course, inform you immediately of any delays that we are aware of.

Shipping Costs

Germany

Shipping costs (packaging, insurance, and postage) are €5 for deliveries within Germany. No shipping costs are charged for orders over €48.

European Union (EU without Germany)

Shipping costs (packaging, insurance, and postage) are a flat rate of €15 for deliveries within the EU (excluding Germany). No shipping costs will be charged for orders over €150.
